Foods that Make Skin Glow!

It is no secret that most of us need to focus on incorporating more vegetables into our diet to maintain a healthy weight and prevent disease. But did you know that you can also use these foods as a tried-and-true strategy to reduce inflammation like puffy eyes and promote a healthy glowing complexion?

I make it a goal to consume cruciferous vegetables daily to prevent cancer and encourage smoother skin from the inside out!

Here is your list the next time you dine in or out:

  • arugula
  • bok choy
  • broccoli
  • Brussels sprouts
  • cabbage
  • cauliflower
  • kale
  • radish
  • turnips

I especially love to eat soups that incorporate these vegetables. The morning after I eat them I can count on arising to find my skin feeling tighter and more radiant. Try it for yourself this week!
